Second Interim Dividend

The Board has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 January 2013 of 2.5p per share which will be payable on 30 November 2012 to shareholders on the register on 9 November 2012, ex dividend date 7 November 2012. This is the second quarterly dividend to be paid by the Company following the change in frequency of dividends from half yearly to quarterly since the start of this financial year.
