Board Changes

The Board of Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Montgomery as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 February 2020. 

Christine Montgomery has over 30 years of investment management experience, most recently as Head of Global Equities at AustralianSuper in Melbourne from 2016 to 2019. She previously held roles as a global equities portfolio manager at Fidelity Worldwide Investments, Martin Currie and Edinburgh Partners.

There are no disclosures required under Section 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in relation to this appointment.

Christine will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 May 2020.
