                     Notice of Preliminary Interim Results


Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC will announce its Preliminary Interim
Results for the six months ended 31 October 2006 on Friday, 15 December 2006.
Dunedin Enterprise specialises in the provision of private equity finance for
management buyouts with a focus on transactions of £10 million to £75 million.

A briefing for analysts will take place on the day at 9.30am and a press
briefing at 11.00am at the offices of the Company's broker, JPMorgan Cazenove,
at 20 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6DA.

These briefings will be hosted by Ross Marshall, Chief Executive, Dunedin
Capital Partners Ltd, the fund manager for Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust
plc.
