Bank of Scotland 1976 Pension Fund have today notified Dunedin Enterprise
Investment Trust PLC by fax dated 5 September 2000 that in terms of Part VI of
the Companies Act 1995 as amended by the disclosure of interests in
shares(amendment) regulations 1993, their beneficial interest in the company
amounts to 625,000 ordinary shares being 2.62% of the issued share capital due
to a sale of 150,000 ordinary shares on 4 September 2000.
