one of its investee companies, is in negotiations with US based parties and is
currently reviewing a reversal into, or merger with, a US entity, in order to
facilitate trading on a US securities market in due course. Tri-Mex Group Ltd
specialises in telematic solutions and security applications for monitoring high
value at risk cargoes.
