                   Investment in IVU Traffic Technologies AG


In  response to the many enquiries that Billam Plc is receiving regarding  its
investment in IVU Traffic Technologies AG (IVU) Billam's directors would  like
to  point out that further information may be obtained on the website  of  IVU
(http://www.ivu.de).  Specific information regarding the share  price  of  IVU
can be obtained on the website of the Neuer Markt (www.neuermarkt.de).

Further  to its announcement on TRI-MEX Holdings Limited made 21 August  2000,
the  directors  stated  that the two investments are complementary  and  in  a
sector that has exciting opportunities.

Since  its IPO on the Neuer Markt on 7 July 2000, IVU's shares have  moved  up
from  10.50 Euros.  The current value of Billam's  holding  of  IVU's  shares,
currently shows an unrealised gain in excess of 500,000 Euros.
