The Directors of Billam plc note that TigerEx.net Limited, a company in which
Billam plc has a 3.75% shareholding today announced a $3.75 million dollar
investment by Prudential Plc. As part of the Investment Keith Bedell-Pearce an
Executive Director of Prudential Plc will join the Board of TigerEx.net
Limited as a Non Executive Director.
