1. Following a purchase of 50,000 shares on 30 June 2005, Stephen Desmond Wicks
owns 430,000 Ordinary Shares of 20p each in Billam Plc, representing
approximately 4.2% of the issued share capital.

2. Forest Nominees Limited now hold 656,750 Ordinary shares of 20p in Billam Plc
on behalf of private clients, representing approximately 6.53% of the issued
ordinary share capital.
