On 4 October 2007, Billam Plc. (the "Company") received  notification
that Stephen Wicks  today purchased  200,000 Ordinary  Shares of  20p
each in the  Company ("Shares") at  a price of  8.75p each.   Stephen
Wicks now beneficially holds 2,939,685 Shares, representing 27.72% of
the Company's issued share capital.
