    Results of the Offer for Subscription for shares in CybIT Holdings Plc

The Directors of Billam plc today announce the results of the Placing and
Offer for Subscription in shares for CybIT Holdings Plc, which has raised 
£2,560,302.29 representing a take up of 85.34%. An application has been made
for a total of 73,294,350 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. Dealings are
expected to commence on Friday 16 March 2001.
