Issue of options

Driver announces that, on 08 October 2009, the Company resolved to grant options in respect of 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company ("Options") under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Option Scheme.

The Options have been granted at an exercise price of £0.62 and are exercisable between 08 October 2012 and 08 October 2019.
