                                Issue of options

Driver announces that, on 3 March 2008, the Company resolved to grant options in
respect of 1,585,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the
capital of the Company ('Options') under the Company's Enterprise Management
Incentive Option Scheme.

An option over 100,000 Ordinary Shares has been granted to Colin White, Finance
Director of the Company. As a result, Colin White is now interested in 100,000
Ordinary Shares under option, representing 3.6 per cent. of the total number of
Ordinary Shares which are subject to options granted by the Company. The
remaining Options have been granted to various employees.

The Options have been granted at an exercise price of 81.9p and are exercisable
between 1 December 2010 and 4 March 2018.
