Driver Group plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 21 March 2007, the Company
received notification pursuant to the implementation of the Transparency
Directive that Unicorn Asset Management Limited is indirectly interested in
1,335,484 voting rights in the Company's issued share capital, representing 5.4
per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
