Driver Group plc (the 'Company') has been notified that, on 22 June 2006, ISIS
EP LLP acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') and that, following this transaction, ISIS EP LLP is
interested in 2,650,000 Ordinary Shares representing 10.71 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
