The Company announces that it has received notification on 28th January 2009 that, on 20th and 21st January 2009 Peter Davison disposed of 117,500 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 75p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Davison following the disposal is now 1,027,297 Ordinary Shares representing 3.89% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
