The Company announces that on 22 June 2006 R. Peter Davison sold 550,000
ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 68p per share.

After the sale R. Peter Davison will hold 1,422,603 Ordinary Shares in the
Company (representing a 5.75% interest in the Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital).
