The Company announces that Steve Driver, Chief Executive, today purchased 16,500
ordinary shares of 0.4p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of
89p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Driver following the
purchase is now 3,771,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.3% of the total 
issued share capital of the Company.
