              Directors' and connected persons share transactions


Further to the announcement on 9 November 2005, Driver Group has been informed
that on 14 November 2005, the Driver Group Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust')
acquired a further 40,590 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 76p per share and 10,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 75p per share.

In addition, on 15 November 2005, the Trust acquired 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a
price of  75.75p per share.

This brings the Trust's total shareholding to 146,590 Ordinary Shares and
represents approximately 0.63% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
