Director/PDMR Shareholding

Driver, the global construction consultancy, announces that on 19 September 2011, Sandford Services Limited, a company wholly controlled by Alan McClue, Non-executive Chairman, and his wife, purchased 35,000 shares in the Company at a price of 22p per share.  

Following these purchases, Alan McClue is interested or deemed to be interested in 192,500 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.73 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
