Director/PDMR Shareholding

Driver, the global construction consultancy, announces that on 5 July 2011 Alan McClue, Non-executive Chairman, and Colin Davies, Non-executive Director, purchased 115,000 and 85,000 shares respectively in the Company at a price of 28.5p per share.

Following these purchases, Alan McClue is interested in 157,500 shares in the Company, representing 0.60 per cent. of the issued share capital and Colin Davies is interested in 100,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.38 per cent. of the issued share capital.

These shares where purchased from Progressive AIM Realisation (acting on behalf of Brookwell Limited) whose representative, further to a meeting after the release of the Company's half year results, commented: "I was very impressed by the new Chairman & the executive team and as always we are keen to encourage director buying.  As we were aware that no stock was available in the market we agreed to make stock available to provide liquidity; it is not our current intention to sell any more stock."
