                            Appointment of Director


Following the announcement made today, of the acquisition by the Company of
Commercial Management Consultants Limited ('CMC'), the engineering and
construction consultants, Bob Parfitt, Managing Director of CMC, has joined the
board of Driver as an Executive Director with immediate effect.


Bob's service agreement can be terminated on twelve months' notice, in writing,
by either party. He is entitled to a salary of £100,000 per annum and the
agreement includes usual covenants prohibiting Bob Parfitt from soliciting
business, employees or customers of the Company for a period of 12 months
following termination.

Under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the following information is
disclosed:
