              Appointment of Academic Support & Knowledge Manager

Driver Group, a leading provider of specialist commercial and dispute resolution
services to the construction industry, is delighted to announce that it has
recruited Ann Glacki as Academic Support & Knowledge Manager. Ann joins the
Group from James R. Knowles plc, where she held the same position for 20 years.

Ann is a chartered librarian and has extensive experience in providing research
and data on the construction industry from a legal aspect. She is a regular
editor of the weekly information bulletin produced by The Building Law
Information Subscriber Service ('BLISS'). BLISS is widely-acknowledged as a
leading provider of information services to the UK and international
construction industry. Ann is also regularly consulted by and contributes to the
construction media on issues of a legal nature.

Ann spent the earlier part of her career as a technical librarian at the United
Atomic Energy Authority and Mersey Regional Health Authority before joining
construction consultants, James R. Knowles.

Commenting on the new appointment, Steve Driver, Chief Executive of Driver
