                   Appointment of New Group Finance Director

Driver is delighted to announce that Colin White has been appointed to the Board
as Group Finance Director with effect from 1 October 2007. He takes over the
position from Peter Cove, who steps down from the Board but remains with the
Group as finance director of the Group's principal trading subsidiary, Driver
Consult.

Colin, aged 45, is a chartered accountant with over 20 years' experience in
financial roles. Colin was previously Group Finance Director of Scapa Group plc,
the AIM quoted global supplier of technical tapes and cable compounds, which he
joined in 2001, working there until November 2006. At Scapa Group, Colin jointly
developed and implemented a new strategy and business model which underpinned
the turnaround of the business. Between 1991 and 2001, Colin held a number of
senior financial and management roles at subsidiaries of TI Group plc, the
specialised engineering group which was acquired by Smiths Industries plc in
2000. Latterly at TI Group, he was Finance Director of Dowty Aerospace Division,
having been Finance Controller of Dowty North America and Finance and IT
Director of Dowty Hydraulics Ltd.

Colin qualified as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton.

Commenting on the appointment, Steve Driver, Chief Executive, said,

he will make a valuable contribution to the Group as we continue with our
ambitious growth plans.

I would also like to thank Peter for his hard work and contribution during his
time as Group Finance Director, especially during our float in 2005. I am
delighted that Peter will be remaining with us as finance director of Driver
Consult, our principal subsidiary.'

During the past five years, Colin Meadows White has previously been a director
of Scapa Group plc, Porritts & Spencer Limited, Lindsay and Williams Limited,
Scapa Denver (North) Limited, Scapa Denver (South) Limited, Scapa Group Holdings
GmbH and Scapa Tapes Europe Limited.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule Two (g) of the
AIM Rules for Companies.
