2023 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to the announcement of its preliminary results for the financial year ended 31 March 2023 and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company announces that the following documents have been submitted in full unedited text to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:

• Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report")
• Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "2023 Notice of Meeting"), which will take place at 9.30am on Thursday 13 July 2023 at Holiday Inn London - Camden Lock, 30 Jamestown Road, Camden, London, NW1 7BY
• Proxy for the 2023 Annual General Meeting
