INVESTOR TECHNOLOGY WORKSHOP

& TRADING UPDATE

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), ("dotDigital" or the "Company") a leading provider of email marketing and other SAAS related technology services to digital marketing professionals is delighted to announce that today it will be holding an investor workshop to showcase it key technology platforms,  dotMailer, dotCommerce and dotSurvey to key institutional shareholders at the offices of its broker, Charles Stanley Securities,  131 Finsbury Pavement, London, EC2.

dotDigital will also provide a trading update on key parts of its business. A summary of which is detailed below:

US Traction

dotDigital was delighted to announce last week that after rigorous evaluation a subsidiary of eBay, e-Dialog,  had signed a Memorandum of Understanding with dotDigital to make dotMailer's marketing automation platform available for use within eBay's X.commerce platform.

e-Dialog selected dotMailer for its suitability for Magento merchants and its integration with the X-commerce platform. The platform to be branded e-Dialog Express will provide Magento Merchants and eBay Powersellers with a uniquely powerful integrated marketing solution to proactively manage abandoned shopping baskets and implement other advanced email marketing tactics designed to increase average order value, boost new customer acquisition and improve customer retention levels. This version of dotMailer, e-Dialog Express, was successfully unveiled at Magento's Imagine eCommerce conference in Las Vegas last Wednesday.

The marketing teams of dotDigital, e-Dialog and Magento are now focused on finalising the promotional strategy for dotDigital's white label product for e-Dialog Express. A further update on progress will be given in July when dotDigital announces its post-close trading statement.

New Client Wins

We are also delighted to confirm a number of key new client wins and extensions over the last few months. Those of noticeable significance, particularly for brand recognition include Environment Agency, Reiss, Cheeky Rascal, Logitech, Olympic Broadcasting Services, Blinkbox and Moneyfacts Group plc.  Our online survey tool, dotSurvey has also registered success since its launch only last month by winning over 200 paying customers and over thousands of trial accounts, a strong illustration that this simple but effective application will be a successful addition to dotDigital's product offering.

Investment in Technology Scale-up

To increase capacity significantly for dotDigital's aggressive expansion plans and scale up over the next year and beyond the Company has invested over £250k in new state of the art enterprise grade 'storage area network' hardware, based in our central London data centre. This new hardware is currently being rigorously tested and is due to go live in the coming months.

Peter Simmonds CEO of dotDigital Group said"I am delighted with the progress dotDigital has made over the last few months, particularly with traction in North America which continues to be the territory that will be a major focus of the Company's growth strategy over the next year.  Our recent collaboration with eBay's e-Dialog reinforces this strategy. Similarly dotSurveys' initial success is testament to dotDigital's continued technological innovation. We look forward to providing a further update on activity in July as part of our post-close trading update."
