dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive software as a service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that CEO, Peter Simmonds has notified the company that following the sale of shares  from his  SIPP on 26^th October he has acquired ordinary shares at 12.99p on 5^th November, as per the table below in his own name.

Frank Nominees is the vehicle used by Kleinwort Benson Limited to hold securities for clients, trusts, SIPP's etc. The beneficiary of the SIPP is Peter Anthony Simmonds.
