Dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading SaaS provider of an all-in-one customer experience and data platform (CXDP), announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2023 to shareholders. The annual report is also available on the Company's website (https://www.dotdigitalgroup.com/investor-relations).

This includes a Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, 19 December 2023 at No.1 London Bridge, London SE1 9BG.

The Group would strongly encourage all our shareholders to vote on the resolutions by proxy before the deadline of 11:00am on Friday, 15 December 2023.
