Wholesale Funding Update
As previously announced, the senior and senior mezzanine lenders ("the Lenders") had proposed to review the progress being made by the Group in relation to alternative wholesale facilities and the banking licence application by 16 August 2020. The Group is pleased to confirm that the Lenders have agreed to continue with the current waiver, in place until 30 September 2020, and conduct further discussions with the firm during September in relation to the ultimate transition of the Group's funding arrangements.
