DF Capital, a specialist bank providing working capital solutions to dealers and manufacturers across the UK, announces that following the sale of Arrowgrass Master Fund Limited's entire shareholding of 70,629,900 ordinary shares in the Company, and pursuant to the relationship agreement between Arrowgrass Master Fund Limited and the Company, Stephen Greene, Non-Executive Director, has today tendered his resignation from the Board, effective 17 December 2021, and the obligations between Arrowgrass Master Fund Limited and the Company pursuant to that agreement have ceased. 

Mark Stephens, Interim Non-Executive Chairman, commented:

"On behalf of the entire board I would like to thank Stephen for his contribution to the Group and wish him well for the future. Our appreciation also goes to Arrowgrass for supporting the firm during its start-up phase and having the belief in the business that enabled us to build a successful lending franchise, which now operates as a fully authorised bank."
