VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, 
Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC notifies the market of the following:


Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC's capital consists of 71,379,700 ordinary shares with
a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC does
not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC is
71,379,700.


The figure of 71,379,700 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
