Result of Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting of Blavod Wines and Spirits today the Company
reported that revenues in the Company's first quarter to the 30(th) June 2010
were even compared to the previous year.

The Company is successfully implementing the measures to increase profitability
outlined in the Chairman's statement in the Annual Report and Accounts

The resolutions put to the shareholders were all adopted including the
appointments of Mrs Sarah Bertolotti, Mr Don Goulding and Mr Mark Quinn, thus
strengthening the Board and preparing the future.
