Offer Talks Terminated


On 28 November 2007 the Board of Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC ('Board') announced
that it had received a signed Letter of Intent from an unnamed (NASDAQ) OTC:BB
listed company that may or may not lead to an all share offer being made for the
shares in the Company and further confirmed in its interim statement on 29
December 2006 and in a trading update on 11 January 2007 that these talks were
ongoing.


The Board of Blavod now confirms that it has terminated discussions with the
offeror for the purchase of the Company as a result of the offeror's inability
to provide due diligence comfort to the Blavod Board regarding specific offeror
company information.


The Company will make a further announcement about developing business in due
course.
