Issue of Equity

The Board is pleased to announce that on 17 January, pursuant to the agreement
entered into with Headstart Group of Funds which was announced on 29 November
2005, the Company has issued and allotted 657,895 new ordinary shares of 1p each
for cash at a price of 22.8p per new ordinary share.

Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM as
soon as practicable.

The issued share capital of the Company is now 67,115,877 ordinary shares of 1p
each.
