The Company received notification today that, Emma Cawkwell today purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 4.25 pence per share.  

As a result of this transaction Emma Cawkwell has an interest in 3,673,288 Ordinary Shares representing 4.19 per cent of the issued share capital.
