The Company was informed on 5 May 2004 by Aviva plc ('Aviva') that following the
purchase of 350,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') on 4 May 2004 Morley Fund Management Limited, a subsidiary of Aviva,
were interested in 2,013,391 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.08 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
