on Friday 30 May 2003 from ISIS Asset Management Plc that, I & S UK Smaller
Companies, a client of ISIS Asset Management Plc no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The Company also announces that it received notification today from Cantor
Fitzgerald that Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has a notifiable interest in 450,000
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.045% of the issued Ordinary Share
Capital.
