Disposal Update

Further to the previous announcement issued on 2 October 2007, the Company is
pleased to announce that the disposal of the business and assets of Blavod
Extreme Spirits USA, Inc. completed late on Friday 5 October 2007 in the United
States.

However due to the late timing of the completion, and there being a public
holiday in the United States today, the Company anticipates that it will not
receive the cash consideration in the UK until Wednesday 10 October.
