Disposal Update

The Company announces that it has agreed with Black Diamond Spirits, LLC an
extension to the time for completion of the disposal of the business and assets
of Blavod Extreme Spirits USA, Inc. which was approved at an EGM on Monday 24
September 2007.


The date for completion has been extended by one week and is now expected to
take place on or before Friday 5 October 2007.


As previously announced the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
March 2007 will be finalised following completion of the Disposal.
