Blavod Black Vodka plc ('Blavod' or the 'Company')

Further to the Company's announcement of 15 September, concerning discussions
regarding a possible all-share acquisition of a spirits business and the
introduction of a significant new shareholder to the Company, the Board of
Blavod announce that these discussions have progressed and that they are
contemplating a transaction that would amount to a reverse takeover of the
Company. Accordingly, the listing of the shares of the Company is suspended
forthwith.

The discussions are still at a very preliminary stage and there can be no
assurance that any transaction will ultimately take place. A further
announcement will be made when appropriate.
