Directorate Change - REPLACEMENT

This  announcement replaces  the announcement  HUG1423556 issued at 0833 earlier
today,  and now  includes details  of the  shareholding of  Mr Mark Quinn in the
Company.

As  referred to in the preliminary  results published earlier today, the Company
is  proposing at the AGM scheduled for  6 July 2010 the election of Don Goulding
and  Mark Quinn as  Non Executive Directors,  and Sarah Bertolotti  as part time
Finance Director.

The details to be disclosed under schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules are as follows:

Donald  Colin Goulding,  aged 56, is  or has  been a  director of  the following
companies and organisations during the past five years

Mark  Philip Wyndham Quinn, aged 45, is or  has been a director of the following

Mr Quinn holds 1,000,000 shares in the Company, representing 1.14 per cent of
the issued share capital.

Sarah  Bertolotti, aged 40, is not and has  not been a director of any companies
or organisations during the past five years.

There is no other information that is required to be disclosed under Schedule 2
paragraph  (g) of the AIM Rules in respect  of Don Goulding, Mark Quinn or Sarah
Bertolotti.
