Blavod Black Vodka plc ('the Company') announces that Mark Dorman has resigned
as a non-executive Director.

Mark originated the concept of Black Vodka and is the founder and former Chief
Executive of the Company. His intention was to hand over the management of the
business to an experienced management team and once that was established, he
relinquished his executive responsibilities last October.

In view of his increasing commitments outside the Group, particularly with Euro
American Marketing Services Limited, he now believes it is necessary for him to
step down from the Board.

The Directors are grateful for Mark's innovative contribution to the development
of Blavod and are pleased that he will continue to be associated with the Group
as a major shareholder.
