                          Director Shareholding

The Company was notified 7 July 2006 that Lawrence Banks, Non-Executive 
Director, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 18.0p 
per share on 7 July 2006.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Banks is now interested in 25,000 ordinary 
shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
