                              DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
                                         
The Company was informed on 6 December 2004 that Jeffrey Hopmayer, a director of
the Company, is interested in 1,683,657 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 2.57 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company. Mr Hopmayer's interest has increased by 269,514 Ordinary
Shares pursuant to the settlement of a promissory loan note between Mr Hopmayer
and Extreme Beverage Company, LLC ('Extreme') ('the Loan Note'). The Loan Note
had a redemption value of US$99,183.96 equivalent to a price of 19 pence per
Ordinary Share (based on an exchange rate of US$1.93689:£1) transferred to Mr
Hopmayer. Mr Hopmayer's Ordinary Shares are registered in the name Circle
Nominees Limited.

As a result of the transfer detailed above, Extreme has reduced its notifiable
interest to 8,469,525 Ordinary Shares representing 12.94 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company. This holding includes 985,100 Ordinary Shares held
by Extreme as bare trustee for SD Partners, LLC.
