Further to the announcement released earlier today in relation to the disposal
of the business of Blavod Extreme Spirits USA, Inc., the Board announces that
Tony Murphy, the Company's Finance Director, resigned with effect from
yesterday, 29 September 2007, on the signature of the Disposal Agreement to
pursue other interests.
