                   BLAVOD EXTREME SPIRITS PLC (the 'Company')

                      CLARIFICATION OF DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


As announced by the Company on 29 July 2005, Mr Jeffrey Hopmayer, a director of
the Company, has a personal holding of 1,483,657 ordinary shares of 1p each
('Ordinary Shares') representing 2.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.

In addition to his personal holding of Ordinary Shares, Mr Hopmayer is
interested in 670.7 units out of a total of 1,004.59 units in the share capital
of Extreme Beverage Company LLC ('Extreme'). Extreme is interested in 8,469,525
Ordinary Shares representing 12.94 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.

In addition Mr. Hopmayer is interested in options over 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares
with an exercise price of 20p per Ordinary Share.
