                              DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


The Company was informed on 28 July 2005 that Jeffrey Hopmayer, a director of
the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 23 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 July 2005. Further to
this, Mr Hopmayer sold an additional 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 31
pence per Ordinary Share on 27 July 2005.

Following these disposals, Mr Hopmayer is interested in 1,483,657 Ordinary
Shares representing 2.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name Circle Nominees Limited.
