Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that Mrs Sarah Bertolotti, Director, purchased
124,667 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') on 14 December 2011 at a price of 1.72p pence per share.

Mrs Bertolotti is now interested in 124,667 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14%
per cent. of the issued share capital.
