The Company was today notified that Mark Quinn, non executive Director,
purchased the following shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company
('Ordinary Shares'):

Mr Quinn is now interested in 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.71% per
cent of the issued share capital.
