Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 29 November 2010 that on that day Richard Ambler,
Managing Director, purchased 47,272 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 2.75p pence per share. Mr Ambler
is now interested in 1,696,780 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.93% per cent of
the issued share capital.
