Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that Richard Ambler, Managing Director, purchased
147,058 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 1.70p pence per share.

Mr Ambler is now interested in 1,887,171 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.15% per
cent of the issued share capital.
